About us
Privilege Aircrafts was founded in 2022 in Toulouse, Europe’s aerospace capital, with a mission to bridge cutting-edge aerospace engineering and real-world applications in sports, sustainable energy, and innovative products.
We bring 15+ years of aerospace and R&D experience from Airbus, Snecma, Onera, CNRS, and Reaction Engines to solve complex aerodynamic and thermal challenges for startups, SMEs, and established companies worldwide.
The Challenge That Started Everything
In 2022, we set out to drastically improve paraglider aerodynamic performance. The industry had plateaued, conventional sewing methods limited precision, wasted materials, and constrained design optimization. We asked: What if we applied aerospace-grade precision to ram-air aircraft manufacturing?
The Breakthrough
We developed a patented CNC sewing technology that doesn’t just improve aerodynamics, it transforms the entire production equation:

This isn’t incremental improvement. It’s a paradigm shift for ram-air aircraft and technical textile manufacturing.
Expanding Impact
While refining our sewing technology for industry deployment, we were approached by Flying Whales, a French Tech Next-40 company developing the world’s largest cargo airship. They faced thermal management challenges that they could not solve. Helium expansion behavior under massive solar loads, need for high precision results, and strict lightweight constraints demanded entirely new thermal thinking.
We delivered by building a robust, end‑to‑end thermal analysis chain. First, we set up a calculation workflow coupling TAITherm and ProLB simulations running on AWS, and produced the first accurate thermal model for large helium airships, with predictions within 0.5 °C of test data. This made it possible to select optimal materials for the envelope and cells, and to precisely characterize the airship’s thermal behaviour as a basis for structural safety certification and flight simulator integration.

With 15+years of experience in aerospace, fluid mechanics, and energetics, Vladeta specialize in aerothermal and biomedical engineering. He have led component design and R&D activities in cutting-edge European innovation programs across aerospace and biomechanics, bringing deep technical expertise in high-fidelity analysis, simulation, and performance modeling. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in high-performance computing (HPC), he work with both proprietary and open-source High Fidelity codes such as YALES2, CPS_C, and OpenFOAM, as well as industry-standard software including ANSYS, STAR-CCM+, and MSC Cradle CFD. He is recognized for strong stakeholder engagement, advanced system architecture skills, and an analytical approach to complex problem-solving.
